Born in Macau and raised in the UK. Leong holds a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Salford in the UK. As Head of Operations at TSUJIRI in the UK, Leong ran two stores and trained a multinational team, and also planned and ran cultural exchange events for a Macau community association in the UK. After moving to Japan in 2025, Leong served as Assistant Store Manager at THE MATCHA TOKYO's Harajuku store before joining U Share. Drawing on creativity, hospitality, and a deep understanding of different cultures, Leong shares the appeal of U Share with audiences overseas and works to create places where diverse people connect and new ideas are born.
