U Share Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") protects information assets entrusted by our customers as well as those held by the Company from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and addresses information security across the entire organization based on the following policy in order to fulfill the trust of our customers and society.

2. Establishment of Internal Structure
The Company appoints an Information Security Officer to maintain and improve information security, and establishes information security measures as formal internal rules.
3. Employee Initiatives
The Company's employees acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and reinforce their commitment to information security.
4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
The Company complies with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, and meets customer expectations.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of legal violations, contract violations, or incidents related to information security, the Company responds appropriately and strives to prevent recurrence.
