A community development consultant. He is a First-Class Registered Architect, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and holds a Master of Public Policy. He completed studies at the Faculty of Law of Chuo University, the Department of Social and Environmental Design at Saitama University, and the Graduate School of Governance Studies at Meiji University. He served as the leader of the CRE strategy vision for NTT Urban Development and the NTT Group. As General Manager of the Real Estate Business Division of Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Stores under J. Front Retailing, he led the development of large-scale commercial facilities. He has also held positions in corporate planning at NEC and as a smart city development director. As the representative of Atelier Hatch First-Class Registered Architect Office, TurnOnLab Inc., and various developers and construction companies, he has been involved in numerous real estate development and community development projects. At U Share, as the executive officer overseeing the design and development division, he creates exciting places and rich lives.
