First-Class Registered Architect. After working at a design firm and at housing companies specializing in timber and reinforced concrete construction, Kobayashi has in recent years served in construction supervision roles, handling urban development, schools, offices, apartment buildings, commercial facilities, hotels, and mixed-use complexes. At JR East Design Corporation, Kobayashi was responsible for "THE LINKPILLAR 1 NORTH / SOUTH" at TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY and for each building of "OIMACHI TRACKS" in the Oimachi redevelopment, and was also involved in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Village. Recipient of the Good Design Award (2015, 2023) and the SDA Award Bronze Prize (2021) and Silver Prize (2022). Believing in a bright future for U Share, Kobayashi centers the work on construction supervision and quality control, while also overseeing building services, strengthening collaboration with the design team, and working on long-term maintenance planning.
