Raised in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. Shigeyama has spent about 11 years working across the full range of back-office operations, mainly at asset management companies, including accounting and finance, HR and general affairs, and sales support. This has included the administration and operation of multiple companies, from managing subsidiaries to coordinating with outside professionals. Shigeyama now handles accounting and general affairs in U Share's Corporate Division, drawing on this experience, as well as the diverse perspectives and sensibilities gained from appreciating art, to build a corporate foundation that firmly supports U Share's growth, while placing importance on thoughtful communication.
