加藤 聖也
Senior Manager, Design & Development Div. Chief Architect
After completing his studies at Waseda University, he joined Nikken Sekkei. There he worked on design projects in Japan and abroad spanning schools, offices, sports facilities, apartment complexes, commercial facilities, mixed-use complexes, and cemeteries. While seconded to JR East Design Corporation, he was responsible for railway-related facilities such as stations beneath and above elevated tracks, ground-level stations, and pedestrian decks, engaging in design across both architecture and civil engineering for a wide variety of uses. He currently oversees design and base development. Through a creative crossing of disciplines that he calls "designing from real estate," he aims to create places that foster organic exchange and meaningful connections between people, and between people and the town. With "the timeless and the ever-changing" as his motto, he pursues the architecture he loves.
