A Certified Public Accountant and Tax Accountant. He completed the graduate program in management at Keio Business School (KBS). At PwC and KPMG, he worked on financial audits and advisory services for M&A and business restructuring. In 2012, upon going independent, he founded audience Inc. and audience Tax Corporation, running professional firms specializing in finance and tax. As professional firms that bring together honest and trustworthy experts, they support companies' internal management and sustainable growth through M&A, PMI, IPO, BPO, BPR, and more. As a statutory auditor, he provides management oversight of U Share, which aims for dramatic growth through a compelling worldview, while also supporting it from a management perspective.
