Tetsuji Kuroda

Graduate of the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. First-Class Registered Architect. After working at Kengo Kuma & Associates, Kuroda joined Urban Design System (now UDS) in 2005, focusing on hotel planning and development. From 2008, Kuroda worked at Mori Building, taking charge of initiatives such as the revitalization of the Toranomon Hills area. Kuroda returned to UDS in 2015, worked on projects including "MUJI HOTEL" and "YUEN," and became President and Representative Director in 2020. After serving as CEO of NOT A HOTEL CONSULTING from 2025, Kuroda founded THE COH, Inc. in 2026. At U Share, drawing on years of development and business experience, Kuroda is responsible for expanding development partnerships and sourcing new projects.
