From Minoh, Osaka Prefecture. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Ritsumeikan University, Iwamoto worked in retail sales at a securities company. A two-year working holiday in London brought a first experience of living in a shared house, along with the realization that "who you live with, where, and how" shapes your whole impression of a country. At U Share, Iwamoto is responsible for revenue and expense management in the Real Estate Division and also works in PM/BM (property and building management), handling everything from inquiries and contracts to resident support and arranging contractors. Knowing firsthand how hard it is to live in a country where your native language isn't spoken, Iwamoto aims to give each person attentive support, so that no one has to feel uneasy about their home, the place where they spend the most time.
