THE CAMPUS FLATS TOGOSHI

A project that regenerated an idle company dormitory as 'housing + α', drawing on KOKUYO's strengths in the workstyle field. We provided end-to-end service spanning consulting through the lens of real estate investment, design supervision, and operational backup. Campus Flats, which opened in the Togoshi area, is equipped with unique amenities; among them, the residents' sauna is exceptionally popular. As with The Hive, it is the work of sauna producer Mr. Kawada.
