Two stops to Ichigaya on the Tozai Line an international residence in Waseda
Hosei University's Ichigaya Campus is a 10-minute walk from Iidabashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line (per the university). From U Share, Iidabashi is two stops from Waseda Station or three from Takadanobaba, with no transfer either way. The university reports 1,158 international students (as of 1 May 2025).

入住时间是固定的吗？
原则上每年在春季和秋季进行两次选拔。此外，如有空房，也会根据咨询情况另行安排选拔。

首期费用大约需要多少？
根据房间类型有所不同，月度费用与首期费用合计的入住时支付金额参考如下（签订7个月以上通常合同的情况）。 【WC1（西早稻田）】 385,500日元 〜 398,500日元 【WC2（面影桥）】 412,000日元 〜 421,000日元 ※签订5〜6个月合同时，首期费用减少40,000日元。1〜4个月可选择无需首期费用的月租方案。 ※退租时清扫费33,000日元有时会在签约时预先收取。 ※详细报价将在您咨询时告知（金额均为含税价格）。
