Applying from abroad

You apply through the online entry form linked from this page. If you live outside Japan, consultations and viewings are held online.

You can submit an Early Application before your admission results are announced. It is free: there is no fee to apply and no cancellation charge. Rent begins from your move-in date.

Rooms are allocated once your admission is confirmed, and a room at your preferred property is not guaranteed. If you cancel after the contract is concluded (after paying the move-in fees), cancellation penalties set out in the contract may apply. Please check the Early Application page for the steps and conditions.

You can sign the contract before your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is issued. If your visa is not granted or you become unable to enter Japan, you can cancel; we explain the steps and conditions before you sign. Rent and move-in costs can be paid by international bank transfer.

If you cannot arrange a joint guarantor, you can sign the contract using our designated guarantor company. Depending on its screening, a joint guarantor may still be required.
