INTERNSHIP
Where living, working, and learning become one.
At an international student residence where around 50 students from 20 countries live, you practice both marketing and community-building. This is the kind of living, real-world marketing you can't learn from a textbook.
Work at the front line of Residential Education
Starting from operating international student housing, U Share is bringing a new category — Residential Education — into the world. This internship puts you at its front line. Your audience is students your own age, your stage is a multicultural home, and the response is visible in real time every day. By posting on social media, planning events, and talking with residents, you gain hands-on experience in both marketing and community management at once.
Two tracks
Choose between the live-in track (learn while you live here) and the commuter track (be involved by commuting in).
Live-in (priority)
Residential Track
Live in a designated U Share residence while you work. You meet residents from 20 countries every day, and what you notice in daily life becomes your content.
- Live in a designated U Share residence (housing provided)
- 16–24 hours/week, contractor agreement
- 3–4 positions (priority selection)
- Creator Academy + official SNS operation
Commuter
Commuter Track
Commute to U Share and handle community operations and facility management. You don't live in, but you stay involved on-site by commuting.
- Commuter, fixed-term employment (hourly)
- 12–20 hours/week
- 1–2 positions
- Transport allowance + language allowance
*Compensation and contract details follow our internal job descriptions. Current terms will be shared at the application stage.

How it differs from an RA (Resident Assistant)
An RA is a leader who embodies the community as a resident. An intern works on the operations side — marketing, community initiatives, and facility management. Holding both roles at once is generally not possible.
See RA recruitment →Frequently asked questions
Can I switch from the live-in track to the commuter track?
In principle no, but if there are unavoidable circumstances we'll consider it together with the operations team.
Is there a fee for the Creator Academy?
No — you attend it as part of the internship (treated as working hours).
How much SNS experience do I need?
If you have experience posting on a personal account, you can apply. Corporate-account experience is welcome but not required.
Can working hours be adjusted?
During exam periods and similar, hours can be adjusted in consultation. That said, since SNS work needs continuity, we recommend at least two days a week.
