At U Share, "living" and "learning" come together. Why not get the best head start on your new life alongside peers from all over the world? This is a limited-time offer for a select number of rooms. We also welcome "pre-admission" entries—you can apply even before receiving your final exam results or university acceptance.
Campaign Benefit
For those who apply (entry) and sign a contract during the campaign period:
50% OFF Move-in Fee The standard move-in fee of 145,000 JPY will be reduced to 72,500 JPY.
Eligibility
New residents scheduled to move in during Spring 2026 (January – March).
Undergraduate students, graduate students, vocational school students, and prep school students (including international students).
Those applying for U Share Waseda WC1 or WC2 (Nishi-Waseda / Omokagebashi).
Students currently awaiting entrance exam results (pre-admission applications) are also eligible. *Excludes those who have already applied or signed a contract.
Campaign Period
Limited to the first 30 applicants.
*The campaign will end once all 30 slots are filled, even if it is within the application period. We recommend applying early!
How to Apply
Please follow these steps:
Access the [Apply] page on the official U Share website.
Enter the campaign code "USHARE2026" in the "Remarks" column or the "Promotion Code" field of the application form.
Proceed to the document screening and interview. *As U Share is a selection-based residence, all applicants must pass a screening process.
Important Notes
This campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
Valid only for contracts starting between January and March 2026.
The discount applies only to the initial contract move-in fee.
Please ensure the campaign code is entered; otherwise, the discount may not be applied.
